Benefits provided by Radascent include:
401K with Employer Match: Radascent matching dollar for dollar up to the first 3% of employee’s annual salary contributed to the plan, and 50 cents per dollar for the next 2%.
Medical Insurance: HSA eligible Kaiser Permanente KP VA Silver 2000/30/HSA health plan. Radascent pays 100% of the premium for employee and dependants.
Dental and Vision Insurance: 100% premium paid by Radascent.
Paid Vacation: Starting with 5 days per calendar year.
Paid Federal Holidays: As per OPM schedule.
